Who We Are
A land company run by
people who walk the land.
We are based in Ambattur and we work the belt north and west of Chennai: Arakkonam, Tiruttani, Kelambakkam, Kadambathur, Sholinghur, Saalai, Nagavedu, Thirumalpur and Thiruvalangadu. Every layout we sell, we developed ourselves: surveyed it, got it sanctioned, laid the roads, planted the stones and registered the deeds.
That matters because it changes who answers when something goes wrong. There is no builder to chase, no agent to blame and no head office in another city. The person who showed you the plot is the person who signs for it.
- We only do residential. Layouts, plots, and houses built on them. No commercial projects, no side business competing for our attention.
- We sell what is finished. Roads laid, stones planted and the papers on the table before a single booking is taken.
- We stay reachable. The same number answers three years after your registration.
How We Work
Four rules we have
never bent.
They cost us deals now and then. They are also why our buyers send us their relatives.
Approval First
We do not take a booking on land that is still awaiting sanction, however good the price looks on paper.
Infrastructure First
Roads, drains, lighting and boundary stones go in before the layout opens, not in a later phase.
One Price
The rate on your site visit is the rate at the sub-registrar office. No development charge appears later.
No Pressure
If a plot does not suit you, we say so. A wrong sale costs us more than a lost one.

These are the corridors where roads, rail and employment are still arriving, which is where land still costs what a family can afford, and still has room to appreciate.
We know these micro-markets because we work in them every week: guideline values, approval routes, which survey numbers carry problems, which roads are widening and which are not. That is the part of the advice you cannot get from a listing website.
